When the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe acquired Minder Meats, I was entrusted with reimagining a brand built on generations of craft and community. The challenge was not to rewrite its history, but to honor it—respecting the legacy of the Minder family while bringing modern energy to the brand’s next chapter. The rebrand extended across every touchpoint, from logo design and signage to promotional materials, retail merchandise, and the in-store experience. The result balances heritage and forward motion, preserving the heart of Minder Meats while refining its presence for the future
